Got an email back about a week after I applied, had a short information session/casual interview over Zoom, then an in-person interview and lab tour with my researcher. Straightforward, communicated from the beginning that it was a position with limited hours that continued over the school year.

Entrevista
Called in for an interview with the head of the research team and some of the more senior scientists. Interviewed by 3 people and spent about 30 minutes with each. Very relaxed. Mostly asked questions about my resume and academic projects. No technical questions. Given (and accepted) offer soon after interview. The pre-employment screening took well over a month to complete, mostly waiting on HR to process my paperwork. The medical screening was pretty invasive (had to disclose medications, diagnosis). HR was very unresponsive throughout the process and I had to rely on my boss to convey information. Eventually got cleared for employment and started the job.

I had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager about lab experience and status in school. The on-site interview was a tour of the lab and a few simple questions.

Entrevista
I applied online and received an email about a week later asking for a video call interview. I interviewed with 4 of the engineers in the lab and spoke with them for about 25 minutes. I was offered the position a few days later.
