I was contacted for this role and the first round was on #Monjin platform. This was being co ordinated by #ANSR consulting. The #Monjin platform interview was very unprofessional. While I started explaing my roles and responsibilites, the interviewer intervened and said that he also has the same profile and later we went on with the technical round.. While I answered all the questions... the interviewer alwasy intervened and used to ask questions and also intervene while I was answering.. For all the questions he used to mention .. thats good.. At the end he asked my present compensation and expected compensation (which I believe is against the policy or the process of #Monjin platform).. The interviewers expressions were weird through out.. I found all this weird and I contacted #ANSR consulting about the incident. Hope I will be get a fair reply from the concerned parties.. Big Question is: Is no one reviewing if things are happening the way it should happen ...
