The interview was a two stage process. First being online then and in person meeting. I was shown around the factory, and spoke with the director of the company. I did notice no women work at 3D People. I did ask about it but found the answer unsatisfactory with undertones of mis ogy ny. The implication being that women don't want to work in this field.
