1st stage screener was with recruitment which was done via Zoom. It seemed fairly standard as a PM interview but they spiced it up with some tricky questions that I was taken aback by. What I hated was the feedback cause I was told I came across great but they said they needed someone with more experience. This itself falls on its face as an argument when the senior PM role is being advertised below market rate for someone in a similar role
