There were a few emails exchanged before I went in for MAYBE a 5 minute interview. I gave elaborate answers, and the woman interviewing seemed to have made up her mind about mid way through the interview. I'm not really sure why they even hold an in-person interviewing process, maybe to see if the candidate is "aesthetically" what they're looking for? I was kind of in shock at how dismissive she was. Not an environment I would want to work in.
