I applied on the company website, and got a call from HR about 3 days later. I was extremely nervous but as soon as the interview started, the woman conducting it made me feel very at ease and I was able to present myself in the best way possible, explaining why I would be the best fit for the position. The interview was very detailed in the explanation of everything, and you can tell everyone genuinely enjoys working there.
