Very fair interview process. Telephone interview with HR, followed by face to face interviews with members of the executive team. It really felt more like a conversation than a interview. Behavioral based questions about my past successes, etc. 360 Marketing solutions seems to be a company with a people-centric culture. It's a startup but the people who run it aren't new to the business. After meeting with them they appear to be innovative thinkers who also value the talents of people under them on the org chart. I think that the company has a lot of potential and it's a great opportunity for someone who is the right fit. Although I was not offered a position I am still impressed with the organization and I expect them to be on the "best places to work for" list.
