The interview process involved talking to a recruiter about your skills, experience and just overall desire of why 31st Union. I applied to the studio in Valencia so the next interview was with a tech lead from the studio in California which was a typical tech interview. I was only caught a bit off guard with getting asked UI related questions. I had mentioned to the recruiter I'd be ok with doing UI work but that my preference was Gameplay over everything. Either way this didn't happen with all the questions there where typical technical questions there as well on top of maybe a few higher level questions. The most negative aspect was being left in the dust with no response. I assume it was a decline which is fine but to me it's very unprofessional to just brush someone off with no reason or feedback given especially after two 1 hour long interviews.
