Entrevista
Started out with a phone interview with HR than a phone interview with admissions supervisor who said I would be contacted by HR regarding next steps. Its been a month and I have not heard back. What's the point of having an HR department who can' t take 5 minutes of their time to let a candidate know one way or another if they are interested. When they say you will hear back, don't hold your breathe. Also the job is very telemarketing like, where you are expected to make 75- 100 calls. If you don't mind that, then this may be the job for you.
3 round interview; It was one with the recruiter, one with the team (team you will work with) and one with the director of the team (1:1). Lots of questions. All on video.

Because of COVID the process was long (4-6 weeks) and I had three interviews. It was a good experience and I was offered a position. Didn't start for 4-6 until after offer. Had to be patient but a lot of benefits working for this company so I was patient and am excited to start.
