Initial phone screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, then individual skype interviews with each member on the team. Friendly people and a lot of time spent interviewing, but NO follow up. As a job seeker, if 5 + hours have been spent on interviews it should be a best practice to at least be notified if you were not selected. I reached out and asked the hiring manager if they had moved forward or made a decision after a week or two had passed and they didn't even get back to me. This soured my whole experience with the company.
