Barely any questions. They just spoke most of the time. Telling me all about the internal candidate for the job. So I knew this interview wasn’t real. After the first hour and hearing about the internal candidate, I just wanted to leave. Thought I remained polite and let them finish talking. On the way out, the person asked me if I was ok working with people of different backgrounds than myself. Such questions tell you more about the person asking it.
