1st step: Initial Interview with HR, mostly just confirming your personal information and work experiences. 2nd step: Technical Interview with Lead Developers, in my experience, it was done over the phone and lasted about 30 to 40 mins. 3rd step: Final Interview with Managers, again in my experience, it was just a normal q&a, laying out expectations for both the job and salary.
