I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing concern regarding communication. It has been consistently observed that there is a lack of proactivity in communication on their part. Specifically, there have been multiple instances where messages go unanswered. I have personally sent emails on several occasions, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. This lack of communication can lead to misunderstandings and delays in the interview process. I understand that everyone is busy, but timely communication is crucial to ensuring that we stay aligned and address any issues promptly. I would greatly appreciate it if they could work towards improving this aspect moving forward.
