I received an email asking me to come in for a screening session. This consisted of us coming in and sitting there until someone finally came out and greeted me, while ignoring everyone else. The interview last a whole two or three minutes and was offered the job.

Two interviews with managers about the position. The first one was more formal but still laid back, and I even received an offer after being a few minutes late to the online meeting. Great company 9 months in.

It was super easy, and they were all helpful. The hiring team worked through everything with me. They also kept in contact with me as much as possible. They responded very quickly.
