Entrevista
I was contacted by the HR, let's call her A. I reached the Gurgaon location on time but couldn't find A, called her and got response that she's occupied with something & so is the manager who's supposed to take the round. Interview with the manager (1st round) after waiting for 1.5 hours, though I answered most questions to the best of my knowledge, was asked to leave for the day. Next day received a customary email that I wasn't selected. Tried contacting A over the phone several times as well as dropped 3 emails requesting for the feedback, however, never got a response. If a candidate is investing an entire day, the least an HR can do is provide honest feedback to help the individual for future reference. So disappointed in HR team at 1MG.
