The first interview is at the company headquarters with the owner. Very laid back personality, pretty much just let you know about the company. If you make it to the 2nd interview it is on location at one of the site (ie Sam's Club or Costco). You will then be asked to email in why you deserve the position. He final step is a phone interview.
