I had 3 interviews at 1Password. Although everyone was late (from 5-20 minutes) to the interviews, all of them went great. I had a positive experience, the questions were interesting, I thought I would get an offer. But then they told me they decided not to open a PMM position at the company. I asked for feedback anyway but got ghosted. I guess if they can't decide if they need to open a position before interviewing people, something is wrong inside the company, so probably it's all for good.
