1Password has multiple interviews for the majority of candidates. In this case, there was a behavioural with HR, another with the Hiring Manager, the third with the Director and the fourth with the Data Engineers. The first interview went quite well with a lot of questions about my background. The second interview, I got ghosted and no one showed up to the Zoom call. OK. No worries. I reach out to HR and we end up doing the interview the next day. It was more about skills I can apply to the job at hand & my current experience. The third interview.... Didn't happen. I got told less than 5 mins before the call that the Director couldn't make it. A followup from HR came a week later saying they were no longer hiring for the position due to a change in team structure. Overall I liked the interview process, but felt like the process was structured, but disorganized and didn't respect my time much.
