I applied to the job posting online in the evening and got an automated response email indicating that my application was received and would be reviewed by the talent team. By the next morning, I had an email from a talent attraction specialist, asking me for my availability for a video call with my first interviewer. The talent attraction specialist then coordinated a zoom meeting on the agreed upon date. At the end of my first interview, I was made aware that the talent team would reach out with any next steps. The same talent attraction specialist reached out to me that same day, letting me know that the team had decided to move me forward in the interview process, and set up another meeting with a second interviewer. During that second interview, I was asked if I had any questions and I requested to meet other members of the team that I would be working with. This was coordinated again by the talent attraction specialist and I met two individuals on the team. At the beginning of the following week, I got a call from the talent attraction specialist, and they congratulated me with an offer and provided me with all of the details. The talent attraction specialist was extremely polite and helpful and was involved throughout the process as my main point of contact.
