These people don't know the first thing about the process of an interview. They all sat together to interview me unlike other companies where you have to clear each round with a separate person. As soon as I went in, they started asking me technical questions without asking me how I was doing that day? This continued for a good 4 hours. They said they will update me with the result in a day or two.. It has been 3 freaking months and nobody speaks a word about it.. I kept asking the hr about the status.. She always says they still haven't made any decision.. How hard is it to say no to a person after grilling him or her for 4 hours with out offering to have some water? After 3 months, the hr sends a predictive index test to be completed.. What would you think? Yes, I thought so too.. I thought I cleared the earlier rounds.. After about 10 days, I ask the hr what was happening, which was when she said they were not hiring for that position currently.. What the hell? Do they even know what time means to the rest? And also, there is something called "hope". Their bad behaviour and communication is making me write this review.. Never waste your time or intelligence on applying to this company.. Let's save it for those who enjoy not having respected by the employer!
