I applied online and took a personality and cognitive test. I got a call to come in and interview with the manager about a week later and was offered a position on the spot. Some people met with a lower manager before interviewing with the general manager.

Come well dressed, have some kind of wine knowledge and be a very hard worker. It's all about how well you carry yourself and you must carry yourself respectfully and professionally at all times. It's not hard if thats already the person you are.

Went through about 3 rounds of interviews. Standard questions with some good character insight. Really dives into your potential to be a team player rather than a solo outing. Helps weed out those who are in it just for themselves, and those ready to adapt to the restaurant's culture.
