HR reached out to me on Wednesday to set up a phone interview for Friday. I did the interview, only to be told at the very end that I now had to complete two assessments and fill out an application asking for my Social Security number and three references. Later that same day, I got an email demanding the assessments be completed immediately. A few days later, I was rejected solely based on the assessment results. Honestly, this entire process was a complete waste of time, and any company that relies on a screening tool instead of actual interviews and qualifications is a huge red flag.
