You first shadow a Workforce agent, which is where they gauge your interest in the position and your personality so don't be afraid to ask questions during this process. You will then have an interview with the Manager of the team and the Forecaster, they will ask you simple questions as to why you're interested and your past work history, this is a good time to tell them about your knowledge in excel as its an application you will you everyday in the position.
