Brief discussion with person claiming to be head of Human Resources. Was advised salary negotiable and could structure my salary including bonus so requirements met. Had a two hr interview process with two department heads. Was advised "perfect" for position and never heard back. Actually contacted by company a year later inquiring if I was still interested in position. Te contact person was very elusive about information, set up interview date and 3 weeks later has not returned my calls about confirming interview. Doing my research on this company it is clear to me that communication, commitment and ethics seem to be major issues in their ability to move forward.
