Interview process included a friendly, relatively informal conversation with a senior member of staff. The questions centred on previous work experience, scenario based questions, including the STAR method. The interview was relatively short.

First you email in your CV and then get invited to go in-person for an interview. This will be with a department manager who will ask about your experience and your motivation.
