The interview was very easy and quick. They ask you your recent experience, why you enjoy retail, and questions about working with customers. The phone screening before the interview is simple where they go over experience. The in store interview is more in-depth where they are getting a feel for your personality and customer service skills.

Pretty quick and easy. They called, I interviewed (about 30 mins), and I heard back in a week or so. Interviewers were friendly and kind, and the questions were about what you’s expect: strengths, weaknesses, why you want to work there etc.
