3 stages. Screening call, technical interview, leadership call. Technical interview was basic algorithm/ data structure question. Some array manipulation nothing too complex. Mostly to assess proficiency with scripting in rails. Next, some more specialised questions such as database queries, design patterns etc. Again nothing surprising for any experienced rails developer. Leadership call consisted of discussion on past work experience, what the company is currently doing and general conversations pertaining to the role and product.
