Relaxed. The test was rigorous. I felt like I was very short on time even though I was given an hour to complete the test. The test consisted of three parts: multiple choice, long answers, and programming problems. But the face to face conversation was relaxed even though we discussed challenging topics.

This was the first phone interview. The interviewer called me at the specified time and phone number we had agreed upon earlier in email exchange. She asked me general questions, non-technical. She said she would contact me if they decided to move forward. The interviewer sounded irritated by something before the phone call.
