The interview process was very unprofessional. I advanced to the final virtual interview with the head of department, but nobody showed up. After waiting 15 minutes and following up with no response, I later received a call from HR saying they had already moved forward with other candidates but forgot to inform me. The lack of communication, respect for candidates’ time, and basic professionalism left me with a very negative impression of the company.
