I had given 5 rounds of interview which I cleared and after sharing all the documents when it came to the salary discussion, they said that the don’t have enough budget. As I already told my salary expectations in the first discussion with recruiter, they couldn’t backoff at that point so they further scheduled 1 more technical round(this is round 6 now and a technical round again after having salary discussion and sharing all the documents) saying that they have another team and they want to hire me for another team now. At this point I totally understood that they don’t have a budget and now they can’t say no directly after taking all the rounds so they are trying to trick me by saying that you didn’t clear this interview round. I anyway gave the round 6 which was a technical round and it went good but as I suspected, recruiter said that feedback is not good and we can’t go ahead with you. I would not recommend anyone this company because they don’t have the professional working ethics.
