Back Office / Data Entry
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office / Data Entry to support daily administrative and data management tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering data into systems, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and update data accurately in software/systems
* Maintain records, files, and documentation
* Verify data and correct errors when required
* Handle emails and basic office coordination
* Generate reports and maintain MIS records
* Assist in billing, invoicing, and documentation work
* Coordinate with internal departments for data updates
* Maintain confidentiality of company information
Required Skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling
* Good typing speed and accuracy
* Attention to detail
* Basic communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
