About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong Front-end background and confident Back-end expertise who actively uses AI tools in daily development.
You’ll join a small product-focused team with real ownership and autonomy. This role is for engineers who can independently deliver complete features – from architecture and APIs to polished UI and production release.
Your core focus will be building scalable React applications, developing reusable UI systems, designing reliable NestJS services, and using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate development without compromising engineering quality.

Your future responsibilities:

• Build and maintain modern applications using React, TypeScript, Vite, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
• Create scalable and reusable UI components with shadcn/ui, Tailwind, and Storybook.
• Develop REST / GraphQL APIs and optimize database architecture and performance.
• Work with modern Front-end tooling, including TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form, and Zod.
• Implement testing strategies with Playwright and visual regression tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers to deliver accessible and high-quality user experiences.
• Use tools like Claude Code and Cursor to improve delivery speed, testing, refactoring, and code quality.
• Take ownership of architecture decisions, code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Your professional qualities:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of Back-end development experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Strong practical experience with modern Front-end architecture, component systems, and scalable UI development.
• Confident in experience designing REST / GraphQL APIs and working with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with modern Front-end ecosystem tools, including TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form, Zod, Storybook, and Playwright.
• Understanding of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and maintainable application architecture.
• Daily usage of AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code and use AI as an engineering accelerator, not a replacement for technical thinking.
• Strong ownership mindset, communication skills, and product thinking.
