Job Summary
Duo Form Plastics is seeking an Industrial Sales Representatives to grow our sales. In this role, you will cater to OEM’s who are in need of high-quality, heavy gauge thermoformed plastic parts. This individual would be responsible for managing accounts/customers in the Power Sports, Agricultural, Aerospace, Rail or Medical business sectors. Remote work possible for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
· Identify and prioritize potential customers through market research and networking.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
· Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by the management team.
· Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
· Complete reports regarding itineraries, expenses, sales call, leads, and other related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or any related field preferred.
· Proven track record in technical sales, particularly within the manufacturing industry required.
· Strong knowledge of plastic processing required.
· Ability to read blueprints required.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
· Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
