Responsibilities :
Ensure delivery of programs in line with agreed targets for quality, cost, and timing, while applying profit assurance methods such as risk management, FMEA, and change management.
Lead project planning and coordination using standard development processes (Gate process, PAB/PAÜ, project timing, RFP, LOP), proactively identifying deviations and implementing recovery plans when needed.
Monitor and control project performance by reporting progress through Gate Reviews and regular project status meetings.
Conduct regular risk assessments, define mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues to appropriate levels when required.
Ensure compliance with technical standards and support integration of new production technologies throughout development phases.
Participate in sourcing committees, supporting make-or-buy decisions and collaborating with procurement and technical teams to select qualified suppliers.
Support sales activities by preparing project-related offers, contributing to costing and negotiations, and tracking financial elements such as tooling recovery and customer payments.
Manage project financials, including CTL updates at each Gate Review and monthly adjustments of financial parameters throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply OPmobility change management processes to maintain project profitability and alignment.
Plan and manage project resources, including internal and external capacity, and support team staffing decisions based on skills and project needs.
Lead and facilitate efficient team meetings with clear agendas, proper documentation, and follow-up to ensure timely completion of actions.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, presenting complex topics and project updates in a clear and structured manner (Gate Reviews, project reviews, risk meetings).
Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities across the full lifecycle (Gate 2–Gate 7), leading risk review meetings and ensuring mitigation actions are implemented.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies.
Profile :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in program or project management within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of product development processes (Gate process, risk management, FMEA, change management).
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, sales, suppliers, customers).
Solid financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and profitability.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
Ability to anticipate risks, drive problem-solving, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Well-organized, structured, and results-oriented.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
