Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve problems.
• Document processes, incidents, and solutions.
• Collaborate in identifying improvements, especially focused on performance and backend process automation.
• Participate in the development of enhancements and new features.
• Share technical knowledge with other technical team members to accelerate the learning curve.

Technologies:
Languages and frameworks: Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Batch). Bases de dates: Oracle / SQL. DevOps y herramientas de integración continua: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins. Integración: colas JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka Creación de procesos Backend y optimización en performance en modelos ETL y productor/consumidor. APIs: REST.

Requirements:

• + 4 years of experience in the technologies described.
• Experience in backend process development and performance optimization in ETL and producer/consumer models is valued more than experience in generating APIs that only manage CRUD models for management applications.
  English B2 level
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Nice to have skills:

• Previous experience in technical development at ION Trading.
• Functional knowledge from experience in banking and capital markets projects is highly valued.
• Prior experience developing on the NOVA platform.
• Proficiency in Python and PL/SQL.
• Ability to work in agile environments.
