Overview

That One Bar is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Assistant to help maintain accurate stock levels and support the smooth operation of our busy bar environment. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking inventory, organizing stock, assisting with receiving deliveries, and ensuring supplies are readily available for daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries of beverages, supplies, and bar inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with routine stock counts and audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems as needed
• Restock bar supplies, mixers, glassware, and other essential items throughout shifts
• Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Identify low-stock items and communicate replenishment needs to management
• Assist in minimizing inventory loss through proper handling and stock rotation procedures
• Collaborate with bartenders and management to support efficient daily operations

Requirements

• Previous inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move inventory items safely
• Basic math and recordkeeping abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management or POS systems
• Knowledge of beverage, food, or hospitality inventory processes
• Familiarity with stock control, receiving, and inventory auditing procedures
• Forklift or warehouse experience is a plus (if applicable)
