MatchWorks is looking for an Employment Consultant who is passionate about helping people achieve their employment goals and supporting them on their journey to meaningful work. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with participants, understand their skills, experience, and goals, and provide practical support to help them become job ready and confident in their abilities.

As part of genU we’re a profit-for-purpose organisation. We do this through programs and initiatives including our government-funded Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Workforce Australia services.
