Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Engineer to lead and deliver complex IT infrastructure and cloud projects in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. The role involves designing technical solutions, managing deployments, supporting clients, and ensuring successful project delivery while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver client IT projects from planning to completion.
• Design and implement infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers and core systems.
• Serve as the main technical contact for clients and project updates.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and client expectations.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years MSP engineering experience.
• Must have experience in an MSP setup.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Knowledge of firewalls such as SonicWALL, Sophos, Fortinet, etc.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge (MFA, EDR/XDR, SOC, phishing defense).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
