We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Open Telemetry Observability to design and implement robust observability solutions across distributed and multi-agent systems. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Python engineering and GenAI technologies to build scalable, well-instrumented AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Open Telemetry Observability solutions for distributed tracing and multi-agent systems
• Develop, package and binarize Python applications to support core software engineering needs
• Build and integrate GenAI technologies with agentic development frameworks
• Conduct agentic evaluations to ensure performance and reliability of AI systems
• Implement distributed processing workflows using frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver observable and maintainable AI solutions
• Optimize multi-agent observability pipelines for scalability and accuracy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in core software engineering with Python, including development, packaging and binarizing
• Deep implementation experience in Open Telemetry Observability for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability
• Expertise in GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks
• Background in agentic evaluations
• Skills in distributed processing frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
