Sumpter Law Firm handles primarily civil litigation including personal injury, real estate, and probate. Currently the firm is seeking a paralegal to assist attorneys in the fields of practice. While a paralegal certification is not required, the applicant must be proficient in the generally associated tasks of paralegal work, including client relations, case management, and knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and other computer applications utilized in the legal field.
