JOB PURPOSE

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and overseeing investment and financing activities within the branch. The role ensures profitability, operational efficiency, and effective team leadership to achieve business targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive branch sales targets for tricycle units and financing schemes
• Manage daily branch operations including sales, admin, and inventory coordination
• Supervise and lead branch staff (sales reps, admin, assemblers where applicable)
• Oversee customer financing, repayment tracking, and recovery performance
• Build and maintain relationships with local investors and key stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and compliance with company policies
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the region
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years experience in sales/operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in B2B, field sales, or asset financing is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Ability to drive targets and work under pressure

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
