Manage all aspects of office. Phone , emails , filing and general admin. Generating reports / quotations. Liaising with suppliers. Arranging appointments with clients. Weekly job schedules. Purchase orders. Invoicing.
At least 2 years experience.
Strong administration skills , efficient typing
skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word / Excel.
Ability to work on own initiative. Professional manner and excellent organisational skills. Strong attention to detail.
Salary Negotiable Depending on Experience
