Flipkart – Advertisement Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Advertisement Manager – Agent Level to support sellers on Flipkart by helping them with their advertising requirements.
The role involves assisting sellers in planning, setting up, and managing ad campaigns on Flipkart Ads, ensuring maximum visibility and ROI for their products.
Key Responsibilities
Work as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding advertisement queries and campaign management.
Guide and educate sellers on Flipkart Ads platform, features, and best practices.
Assist sellers in creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to improve visibility and sales.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to sellers.
Troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, billing, or ad delivery.
Maintain detailed records of campaign activities and seller interactions.
Achieve defined KPIs including seller satisfaction, campaign success rate, and ad revenue contribution.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
0.6 – 2 years of experience in e-commerce, or seller support.
Basic understanding of online advertising platforms (Flipkart Ads preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seller interaction.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
