- Fixed INR 20,000 - 40,000 + Monthly Commissions (No Cap)

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to engage with warm and hot leads, convert prospects into customers, and consistently achieve sales targets. This is a high-impact role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 20–25 high-quality outbound sales calls daily to warm/hot leads
- Understand customer requirements and pitch services effectively
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals with a strong conversion ratio
- Maintain and manage sales pipelines, funnels, and lead tracking
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Continuously improve sales techniques and performance metrics
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily call volume and quality
- Conversion rate / closing ratio
- Monthly revenue targets
- Customer satisfaction and coordination efficiency
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass
- 1+ years of experience in telephonic or face-to-face sales
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Regional languages is a plus)
- Proven ability in inside sales / telesales / lead conversion
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong performance-driven mindset
