About the role:
Brisbane Northside Emergency (BNE) is 24-hour, 7 day a week, fee-for-service emergency department based in Chermside, Brisbane. We are located adjacent to The Prince Charles Hospital and St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside. We have a full suite of facilities including radiology and can quickly engage specialists for emergency surgery.
We’re currently seeking motivated Orderly’s to join our team. This a casual position with rotational shifts on a 7 day-roster (AM, PM and nights). Working alongside a team of highly experienced you will undertake a range of indirect patient services which support the wellbeing of patients through the provision of quality service in the areas of patient environment, welfare, transport and other-directed duties.

Sound knowledge of safe work practices
Able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role within a hospital setting is highly advantageous
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to provide availability over a variety of shift types
Willingness to be able to work on a casual basis with proven reliability to work a rotating roster - including day, evening, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
