We are looking for forward-thinking finance professionals who combine strategic thinking, analytical depth, and strong business partnership capabilities.
To be eligible, you should have:

An MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders

Proficiency in English and Spanish

Legal right to work in Mexico (no sponsorship required)

Willingness to relocate internationally and within your home market

Lead and orchestrate planning cycles (LRP, OGSM, OB, IBP), ensuring alignment from strategy to execution

Translate business and category strategies into clear financial narratives, targets, and scenarios

Balance long-term planning with in-year performance steering

Strong understanding of commercial drivers: categories, margins, route-to-market, cost-to-serve, and growth levers

Ability to challenge business decisions with data-backed insights

Integrate regulatory, fiscal, and market realities into planning and forecasting

Move beyond reporting to build compelling stories behind the numbers

Connect data across markets, categories, and time horizons to identify risks and opportunities

Expertise in forecasting, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling
