Job Description Role Overview

We are looking for a focused individual to join our manufacturing team as a CNC and Saw Cutlist Programmer. You will use computer software to convert kitchen designs into technical instructions for our cutting machinery. No prior programming experience is required, as full technical training will be provided for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities

• Program Creation: Use computer software to generate accurate cutlists and CNC machine programs.
• Material Optimization: Nest parts efficiently to minimize material waste during the cutting process.
• Plan Translation: Review kitchen order specifications and translate dimensions into machine data.
• Data Verification: Double-check measurements and part lists before sending files to the workshop.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and machine operators to resolve production queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Computer Literacy: High comfort level operating computer databases and learning new software.
• Strong Numeracy: Excellent basic maths skills with a sharp eye for measurements and dimensions.
• Attention to Detail: Methodical approach to work to ensure zero errors in production data.
• Problem Solving: Ability to think logically when organizing layouts and cutting patterns.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and readiness to learn specialized manufacturing software.
