About the Role

MedTrainer is seeking an E-Learning Developer to support the development of online training courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building polished, interactive courses from existing storyboards and content provided by our team.

This is a development-focused role - not a traditional instructional design position. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills in e-learning authoring tools who can transform provided content into clear, engaging learning experiences.

What You'll Do

• Build interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
• Translate provided storyboards and assets into functional, visually engaging courses
• Ensure courses are accurate, polished, and aligned with project requirements
• Collaborate with internal team members during course development and review cycles
• Manage multiple course builds and meet project deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
• Experience developing e-learning courses from pre-built storyboards or scripts
• Comfortable working within established instructional content rather than creating curriculum from scratch
• Basic understanding of instructional design and learner engagement best practices
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote environment
• Experience with healthcare or compliance training is a plus, but not required
