All Med Search has been retained to identify an experienced Human Resources leader for a healthcare organization located in Tennessee.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this position serves as the senior Human Resources leader for the organization and is responsible for all aspects of human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, leadership development, and regulatory compliance.
This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with executive leadership to support organizational goals, strengthen employee engagement, and build a high performing workforce.
Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience.
