All Med Search has been retained to identify an experienced Human Resources leader for a healthcare organization located in Tennessee.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this position serves as the senior Human Resources leader for the organization and is responsible for all aspects of human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, leadership development, and regulatory compliance.

This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with executive leadership to support organizational goals, strengthen employee engagement, and build a high performing workforce.

Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all human resources functions.
• Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team on workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and succession planning efforts.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations.
• Develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop HR team members while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Five or more years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive leadership.
• SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
