We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Application Coordinator to support a confidential U.S. healthcare client on enterprise Epic Tapestry initiatives and related healthcare IT workstreams. This is a remote opportunity for professionals legally authorized to work in Mexico, with preference given to candidates located in Guadalajara. Qualified remote candidates throughout Mexico are encouraged to apply.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside U.S. healthcare organizations on high-impact projects supporting payer operations, system optimization, application support, and healthcare technology initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Epic Tapestry experience, Epic-adjacent healthcare system experience, or strong U.S. healthcare payer/provider operations experience depending on role level.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based healthcare stakeholders and participate in meetings during overlapping U.S. business hours.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.
• Comfortable working in remote healthcare IT environments with strict confidentiality and data security expectations.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to follow client processes and provide daily and weekly project updates.
• Ability to successfully complete background checks, identity verification, client onboarding, and confidentiality requirements as applicable.
• Professional remote office setup with reliable high-speed internet and the ability to attend video meetings.
• Must be legally authorized to work from Mexico.
